ONLINE STORE TERMS

PRODUCTS AND COLORS
We make small-batch and made-to-order 3D-printed products. Layer lines and slight color or finish variations are normal characteristics of the process. We work to display product colors accurately, but screens and filament batches can vary. Products may contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3.

ORDERS
We may limit, cancel, or refuse an order if necessary, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or unauthorized resale. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate account, billing, and shipping information.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices, promotions, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors or omissions and cancel affected orders, including after an order has been submitted.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ThingFetti name, site design, written content, product photography, and other site materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the underlying design.

You may not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, scrape or interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person’s rights, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
